Miles stevens is a personal trainer, director of strength and conditioning, and consultant based out of greenpoint, Brooklyn. After finishing his career as a collegiate athlete, Miles transitioned into the fitness industry and has dedicated his career to enhancing the health and WELLNESS of athletes and busy professionals.
Miles graduated from the University of Tampa in 2019 with his masters in Exercise and NUTRITION science and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the national strength and conditioning association as well as a breath coach through XPT and oxygen advantage.
Miles is passionate about helping athletes build strength and power through structured training, proper movement mechanics, and long-term development. miles is also proud to donate 1% of all sales through Stripe to carbon removal projects.
